   • Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle information before making a purchase.
4. Payment & Fees
   • Some services on our platform may be subject to fees. These will be clearly communicated before any transaction.
   • All payments must be processed through the approved payment methods listed on our platform.
   • We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other currency displayed at checkout).
5. Refund Policy
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
   • Any refund requests are subject to review and approval by Kamdhenu Cars.
6. Shipping / Delivery Policy
   • Delivery and/or shipping of vehicles or related services will be arranged as per the agreed terms communicated during the purchase.
   • Any delays or special arrangements will be directly communicated to the customer.
7. Cancellation & Replacement Policy
   • Cancellation of bookings or purchases is subject to approval and may depend on the nature of the transaction.
   • Replacement or rescheduling (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with Kamdhenu Cars’ internal policies.
8. Prohibited Activities

   Users are strictly prohibited from

   • Posting misleading or fraudulent messages.
   • Engaging in illegal activities, scams, or spamming.
   • Violating intellectual property rights or copying content from the platform.
   • Kamdhenu Cars will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
9. Content & Copyright
   • Any images, descriptions, or content posted by users must be original or authorised.
   • We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or misleading content.
10. Termination of Account
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions.
11. Governing Law
    • Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
